What's it worth? 65 glass negatives by Ansel Adams

Talk about trash to treasure! Rick Norsigian, of Fresno, California reportedly purchased two small boxes at a garage sale for a mere $45.  It turns out the boxes contained 65 glass plate negatives of photographs shot by Ansel Adams early in his career, many of which have never been published before.

CNN reported today that the negatives have been authenticated by art expert Robert Moeller after six months of study.

Total value of the yard sale treasure trove?  Perhaps as much as $200 million, nearly 4.5 million times what Norsigian paid at the garage sale.
