CARE Celebrates International Women's Day

Last week, CARE celebrated International Women's Day with its annual CARE Conference and Celebration. Since I was busy planning this little shindig, I asked fellow CARE Media Initiative Member, and CARE ambassador, Janet Davies,
host of 190 North on ABC-7, to keep a diary of the conference,
celebration and day of lobbying on Capitol Hill. Over the next three
entries, Janet will share her thoughts on the event, which took place
March 8-10.
