With just one day to go until the Olympic Games, things are really starting to pick up in Vancouver. By now, you've probably heard about U.S. Alpine Skiier, Lindsey Vonn's announcement of a shin injury during a press conference yesterday. If you happened to miss it, you can read Jenn Sullivan's post here and get yourself caught up with the story.
Another topic that came up during the press conference was Vonn's appearance in this year's Sport's Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. This was a question that her teammates chimed in to help her answer and defended her decision to pose for the magazine. One comment in particular, from teammate Kaylin Richardson, helped put a smile on Vonn's face and lightened the mood in the press room.
