The total you
The spirit, soul and body have to be properly aligned for anyone to achieve balance in their everyday life. Understanding that they do exist and how each flow, is just the beginning. I will share product information, scriptures, tips and ideas that will strengthen and build up the total you!
The necessary basics
Listed below is some of my favorite all natural foundation products. These items can be purchased at any local grocery store or neighborhood health food store. You won't go wrong purchasing any of these products.

Shea butter is one of my favorite all purpose moisturizers. Not the chemically altered kind but unrefined raw shea butter.
