Seth Anderson: Chicago iPhoneographer

I'm the one pointing my phone at stuff you might not see.

On occasion, I'd like to showcase other iPhoneographers in The Small Mega Pixel. The great thing about the worldwide community of people creating 'art' with an iPhone is that they can be right in your backyard. Today's work is from local guy Seth Anderson. I stumbled upon Seth's work in the Flickr iPhoneography neighborhood many of us hover around and then happily wandered through his pictures, a good majority of them showcasing Chicago. The above shot is one of many that I like to say has an inside story. Seth has a great way of getting right in there with his composition, a majority of them personal visual musings about everyday... the kind of stuff we just pass over and say yeah, I'll remember that in a couple of years. Not important. However, there's nothing simpler than what is right at your fingertips and with the iPhone so handy, he sets it up for a great shot (and anecdote, I might add).

If you like the above photo, there's lots to leaf through on Seth's own blog (wait a minute, isn't this a blog?) at
