Adam Lambert and Kris Allen will perform their final songs for the “American Idol” judges and America on Tuesday, May 19. Before the big finale, I thought I’d poll readers to see how they think the two finalists stacked up against each other from week to week, beginning with their Top 3 performances last week all the way back to March 10, when they performed Michael Jackson songs.
On May 12, Kris Allen sang “Heartless” by Kanye West and “Crying” by Aerosmith. Adam Lambert sang “One” by U2 and “Crying” by Aerosmith.

The theme for "American Idol" on May 5 was rock ‘n’ roll, so Kris Allen performed the Beatles’ “Come Together” and Adam Lambert sang “Whole Lotta Love” by Led Zeppelin.
