More than 2 million viewers saw last week's series premiere of "Ghost Hunters Academy," the latest spin-off of Syfy's popular "Ghost Hunters" reality series.

According to the network, that makes it the most successful reality series launch in two years on Syfy. The January 2008 debut of "Ghost Hunters International" is still tops.

Both "Ghost Hunters" and "Ghost Hunters Academy" are back with new episodes on Nov. 18. Below are sneak peeks of those two, along with a look at the upcoming "Scare Tactics" episode.

For more video sneaks, click the "Videos" link at the top of Show Patrol.

From Syfy: This week on Ghost Hunters Academy, Steve and Tango take the investigators-in-training down to North Carolina and put their skills to the test at the U.S.S. Carolina. Their job will be to collect concrete evidence that will back up the chilling claims of doors slamming, people talking, and pots and pans banging when there's no one else in the room. They'll learn how to use more ghost hunting technology. But will their egos get in the way as they try to maneuver through the haunted ship maze? Tune in to see if one of the students ends up walking the plank and kissing their dreams of becoming a Ghost Hunter goodbye.

From Syfy: Head down south with the Ghost Hunters crew as they investigate the spooky Pensacola Lighthouse. Tales of a ghost-like woman lurking the halls have been passed down from generation to generation. Brace yourself as TAPS searches for clues to explain creepy transparent figures, invisible fingers tapping guests on the head and light switches turning off and on by themselves. Tune in as the team reveals some of their most startling on-camera evidence yet!

Wait...there's something called Ghost Hunters Academy...and I'm not on it?? How'd I miss THAT casting call?

I literally balance out my window to catch a strong enough signal to watch Ghost Hunters on Hulu.
