Seth Rogen dishes on 'Green Hornet' film
Seth Rogen's happy to finally be filming "The Green Hornet."
"'Green Hornet' is everything I imagined and more," Rogen told reporters Thursday evening, adding that even though the production, which spent years in development, has begun, "we still gotta make it awesome."
Rogen said that because he's a writer, producer and star on "Green Hornet," he's feeling the pressure to make it great.

Seth Rogen shoots "The Green Hornet."
"I will blame Gondry if it sucks though," he joked. "I take a huge amount of the pressure. I understand that it's my face on it when it comes out even if it sucks for another reason people will blame me. That's why I have to be so involved to try to make sure that it doesn't suck.
"I've been talking about this movie for years, and if it sucks no one will be more disappointed than me, believe me."
Rogen was promoting his Halloween special, "Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space," in which he again voices B.O.B. the blob, but he revealed some news about "Green Hornet."
"Edward Furlong is in the movie, yes," Rogen said, confirming a report in People a few weeks ago. He remained tight-lipped about what character the "Terminator 2" actor plays. "That I can't reveal."
Rogen also spoke about how the metal band Anvil ended up in the film.
"Well, as a Canadian hard rock fan, I actually have known about Anvil for many, many years," Rogen said. "We needed a band for a scene in the movie and [director Michel] Gondry was like, 'How about Anvil?' and we asked them and they said yes."
The animated "Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space" airs at 7 p.m. Oct. 28. I'll have more from Rogen on the special in a few days.
