George Takei and hubby make 'Newlywed' a gay game

The Game Show Network announced awhile ago that George Takei--Mr. Sulu from "Star Trek"--and his partner, Brad Altman, will be the first gay couple ever to compete on "The Newlywed Game." I've got photos! Their episode will air at 5 p.m. Oct. 13 with an encore at 8 p.m., GSN said in a release. They will compete against Christopher Knight ("The Brady Bunch") his wife, Adrianne Curry ("American's Next Top Model") and Damien Gurganius and Nicole Brewer ("The Biggest Loser: Couples 2").
