Wax Wolverine is headed to Madame Tussauds Hollywood.
If it wasn't for the claws coming out of his hands, I would have thought I was standing in front of Hugh Jackman at San Diego Comic-Con.
That's how real the new wax figure of Jackman as Wolverine looks, despite my lame iPhone photos of it. It's standing at the Twentieth Century Fox booth during Comic-Con this week before heading on Aug. 1 to Madame Tussauds Hollywood.
I got a look at some other cool stuff during Thursday's preview night before I headed to the Hard Rock Hotel's rooftop bar for too much fun with other TV bloggers from around the country:
HEROES
I saw a sneak peek at some footage from the upcoming season of "Heroes." I know a lot of fans have grown impatient with the series, but the new stuff looks awesome folks. Robert Knepper of "Prison Break" fame plays some kind a freaky strange baddie. He might be the only reason I'll need to watch the show. I'll have more to report after Saturday's "Heroes" panel, so stay tuned.

SPARTACUS: BLOOD AND SAND
Lucy Lawless of "Spartacus" will be at Comic-Con on Friday.
Starz is doing a big push for its January series "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" at Comic-Con. The series stars Lucy Lawless of "Xena" and "Battlestar Galactica" fame and newcomer Andy Whitfield as Spartacus, the soldier who becomes a slave, then a gladiator in Roman times.
Everywhere I looked during preview night I saw Spartacus stuff, and before the Friday panel, Starz will be giving away fan packs with tons of goodies inside. They are planning a Spartacus iPhone game, a motion comic and already have created a companion comic book with Chicago publishing company Devil's Due.
I stopped by the Devil's Due booth Thursday and talked the company president Josh Blaylock. He showed me the first issue of the Spartacus comic, which is filled with some amazing artwork of some very gruesome gladiator fighting. If the show is that action-packed, it's going to be amazing. I just hope I don't pass out from all the gore.

LIONS GATE
Lions Gate showed clips from its upcoming films "Gamer" and "Daybreakers."
- "Daybreakers" looks incredible. This vampire flick is no "Twilight," and believe me that's a good thing. Apparently vampires are running things and humans are nearly extinct. A band of vamps wants to save the human race, but creepy vamp played by Sam Neill doesn't like that idea. It also stars Ethan Hawke and Willem Dafoe. I saw tons of cool action, death and destruction. LOL.
- Watched a bit of the latest "Saw" film. Not for me.
- Many films adapted from video games have been disappointing, but "Gamers' looks action-packed, with Michael C. Hall of "Dexter" doing a bang-up job as the villain and Gerard Butler as the hero. The film also stars Alison Lohman, Amber Valletta, Kyra Sedgwick, Ludacris, John Leguizamo, Zoe Bell and Terry Crews. (I'm headed to the "Dexter" panel this afternoon, so watch for more tonight or tomorrow.)

Actually, if you could ask either James or Dule from "Psych" -- if you're talking to them -- about the cases we'll see in season 4, that'd be great. I want to know if Sean will finally get a case wrong, or if he'll keep his hot streak alive.
As for "It's Always Sunny," I'm wondering about the McPoyles. Where were they in season 4, and will they be in season 5?
