If Hugh Jackman wasn’t huge enough before, he soon will be.
People’s Sexiest Man Alive and recently announced host of the 81st Academy Awards telecast on Feb. 22—a great choice in my opinion, you nay-sayers at the L.A. Times and N.Y. Times—appears to be ready to put the memory of his box office bomb “Australia” behind him. (Flop or not, kudos for the sorta-shower scene, mate.)
Huge is now gracing our computer screens in the new trailer for his film “X-Men Origins: Wolverine.” It debuted in theaters over the weekend.
With “Wolverine” and “Star Trek” coming out within 10 days of each other, May is going to be a great month. It looks broody, brawny and badass—filled with enough testosterone to make a Wooly Mammoth bald.
Not only is Jackman baring Wolverine’s adamantium claws (yeah, I know that), but we see Taylor Kitsch of “Friday Night Lights” as Gambit, Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Live Schreiber as an menacing Sabretooth.
Now that's a cast, my friends.
