Yesterday I posted about technology and the love letter, and since I seem to get on tangents and run with them, I have decided to share with you all one of my all time favorite YouTube videos from that illustrious and beautiful woman, Kelly.
Remember Betchez- You Can't Text Message Break Up!
I really wanted to spell "break up" "brake up" in the title of this post but decided very few would get it.
In all seriousness (I know how can I say in all seriousness post Kelly video?) breaking up over text is totally not kosher. Even though the mode of communication may be short and sweet, conveying one's point while leaving little room to interpret hidden meanings, hurting someone's feelings on purpose over text is not cool.
Even though bruised pride and a little bit of heartache accompany all break-ups, one should acknowledge the dignity of the person they've been spending their time with over the past weeks/months/years. Texting does not achieve this.

Better, worse or just as bad as the post-it breakup, a la Carrie Bradshaw?

I would say just as bad. You have to say to a person. I even think on the phone sucks.
