Survey: Bottoms-up Chicago

Awesomely fagtastic blog, TheSword, recently published an article on which cities have the most tops and bottoms, based on a survey of Craigslist M4M ads. Who comes out on top, and by that I mean bottom? Houston, do we have a problem?

The fact that Houston has 73% Bottoms is slightly surprising. I mean, it was illegal to buy sex toys in Texas until, like, yesterday and frankly I'd be amazed if most Texans have ever even SEEN their assholes, let alone done much else with them.

But Chicago's tendency to have more bottoms doesn't surprise me at all. Why? We get f*cked in the ass all the damn time in this city. We love it. We CRAVE it. Rooting for a baseball team that hasn't won the World Series in a century? Yes please! Oh, another street cleaning ticket? Thank YOU.

And for those of you who don't know what a Top or a Bottom is, allow me to fill you in (Ed note: hee). In general, a Top is the one who dominates/penetrates during sex and a Bottom lies there and takes it like the dirty little slut he/she is. While the terms Top/Bottom originated in the BDSM community, they have since begun spreading faster than Sasha Grey's ass cheeks and are now commonly accepted in most sex circles, except circle jerks, who insist, rather jerkily I might add, that everyone is "equal."
