So you want to know about me. Why? Because you're like, "Who does this guy think he is?" or perhaps "Hey! I know this guy! And he owes me money!" Well, kudos to you because you've come to the right place (to know more about me that is...I have no money).

My name is Keith Ecker. I was born and raised in Texas, but you'd never guess. I have no accent, my life doesn't revolve around steak and I only shout "yee-haw" when drunk (and it's not even in the right context).

I graduated from the University of Missouri's School of Journalism. Realizing that the news industry has kind of become a joke, I decided to make my way as a comedian.

I've been trained on how to properly be funny at the Second City, iO and the Annoyance Theatre. I've also done more improv comedy than I care to admit, produced a sketch show and performed stand-up across the city. I currently co-produce a comedic reading series called Essay Fiesta.
