The Chicago Blackhawks Manage to Make A Few Minutes of Leno Tolerable

Sports reporter, sarcastic smartass, music lover, funny gal.

I never thought it would happen, but I watched a few minutes of "The Tonight Show" Tuesday night. It wasn't because I was hoping to catch Jay Leno's latest (and by latest I mean already tired and irrelevant) bits, it was because our beloved Chicago Blackhawks were in the audience for the show.

Midway through the intro the usual suspects--Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane--got the chance to do something we'd all love to do: interrupt Leno's monologue.

The boys also got a shout-out from the hilarious Betty White, who told them she's "still available." Get on that, Bur!

After the show Toews and Kane talked to BlackhawksTV about the experience...

And Kaner talked with some crazy-haired guy backstage for "The Tonight Show" website...

Hey boys, Conan O'Brien is coming to Chicago soon, so you can redeem yourselves by making an appearance at one of his shows, too
