A Bears Fan In Cleveland: My Browns v. Packers Tailgate Album
This weekend I was in Cleveland for "Sports Media 360", a sports media conference put on by Glenn Moore of The Dugout Sports Show. Members of print, web and radio gathered to discuss a variety of topics including building credibility as a blogger, gaining access to teams and players, how social media has changed the face of the sports industry and more. The audio from my panel should be uploaded and posted here soon.
In the meantime, check out a photo album of some of our group at Sunday's Browns/Packers game. I joined fellow speakers Tom Jolly, the sports editor of the New York Times, Brad Zibung of The Heckler, Jerod Morris of Midwest Sports Fans and Jeff Garcia of Project Spurs for a traditional Browns tailgate.
Glenn and fellow local Peter Pattakos of Cleveland Frowns showed us that no matter how bad the Browns are on the field, the rowdy tailgates will keep fans coming back. Jello shots never hurt, either.

Did you see the article on 'Mother's' being accused of racism?

Sarah, the first thing I thought of when your photo montage music started was "Man, that spitball expert is going to be pissed!"

Oh man what an awesome pic of me Sarah. Eyes rolled back, slamming down a jello shot. Anyway it was fun getting to see and hang out with you again since NYC and was a pleasure to meet Jerod, Tom, Brad, and Peter. Until the next time!
