Today, I toured a pretty impressive townhouse at 345 W. Barry with the help of Prudential Rubloff's Lesa Lee. I was pleasantly suprised by the spaciousness of the three-story, 2,100 square foot unit just across the street from the park and lakeshore.

A private garage parking space is available with the unit, and association fees are low as the 8 units in the building share only a few common spaces
