10 East Delaware, an almost-sold-out new development on the Gold Coast, will let you tour its sales center from 12-5 Saturdays and Sundays. But don't expect to see a full-scale built-out room with the exception of the kitchen for larger units. The center mostly helps you to envision your floor plan through... well, floorplans.
Residents are starting to move in to the first 16 floors of the 121 unit building this year. The smallest units start in the upper $500s for about 850 square feet and can range up to penthouses in the millions. The website offers more details than I found at the sales center.
A lot of the marketing on these units is based on their location: If you're looking for that posh-yet-austere feeling, then this might be the place for you.
