Much of Realtor tweeting canbe insider baseball and sales techniques, but there's also a lot of Realtors using Twitter as a useful source for their clients.
Roost, a blog covering the commercial real estate industry, releases a list of 50 Realtors a month to follow on Twitter, giving your the opportunity to find someone who could work with you or give you some tips on the trends in the industry. Here's this month's list, which includes Chicago Realtor Andrea Geller, who works and tweets for Sudler Sotheby's. You can follow her at @andrearealtor- she tweets quite a bit!
Following Realtors in other markets might also be helpful for those trying to buy or sell properties in other states. Realtors tend to be able to network you with the right person to help you out with your needs, so use the social media to find help!
