Some celebrities admit to their upgrades while others deny deny deny.

These celebrities have all had a little hit of botox or a nip/tuck, but just because they are rich and famous doesn't mean it always turns out well. Some were luckier than others.

#11 is Jocelyn Wildenstein, she is a "socialite." She has spent over $4 million to look like that. She did it to win back her husband who cheated on her. Very sad in deed.
