Dead Simpsons Characters: Maude Flanders

The wife of Ned Flaners, Maude's death came in Season 11 at the new Springfield motor speedway.

Homer was in the last row trying to get some cheerleaders with a t-shirt gun to shoot a shirt his way. But at the last minute Homer bends down to pick up a bobby pin, and the t-shirt knocks Maude over the side of the stadium and she falls to her death.
