Apparently the guy posting this photo has no journalistic standards (I real problem with getting ones "news" from blogs.) This banner incident happened at Daley Plaza. The rally was on LaSalle outside City Hall. The official rally program was over by 6:30. This arrest took place over an hour after the rally ended.
