Down the street from where we live - several neighbors complain of a drug deal likely going on at a corner, nothing happens, not really...Instead, police (not revenue) too busy ticketing vehicles indeed parked in a place they shouldn't. No parking 7 to 9 am. However, the parking or not parking has no impact in this place on traffic flow....It is only for revenue, period.
Listen guru of all things parking - I've wondered, and maybe you can find out...how does a person in a wheelchair reach the new payment machines? (not sure what they're called).
And why are there both the new machines and old meters located in some places?
We just had visiting relatives who thought I was joking when I said, I'll pay for a lot to park in, it's cheaper than parking on the street.
