How to tailor your night to you in Old Town

Old Town is a neighborhood that is full of entertainment.  This means it has a wide selection of places to go check out.  Whereas this is good for residents to be able to check out new bars and restaurants so their weekends never get boring, it also means that making a decision about where to go can be very difficult.

Depending on a single person's opinion can be risky because a night is really what you make of it.  The difference between a fun night and a bad night cannot necessarily be because of the venue.

This is why I have found that hearing the opinions of a lot of different people can be very beneficial.  I went to foursquare.com to find some opinions.  The first review I found was about Old Town Social.

Foursquare.com is a great place to find reviews of bars from people who live all around the city.  It is also a great way to get ideas about what places are worth going to and which venues are best to stay away from.

Everyone has different tastes and people may want something new on different nights.  Therefore, checking out yelp.com for more reviews can prove to be extremely helpful.

Another site that has always been beneficial to my search for the perfect night is twitter.com.  This site has not provided me with any reviews.  Instead, it offers up where people are going in Old Town.

By looking at the types and numbers of people that are at various bars I can decide on a place to go.  I can see the type of scene a bar has by the type of people who tweet about it. I can also see if a bar might be too crowded or not crowded enough for my liking by looking at the tweets on twitter.com.

All in all, these sites have been very beneficial to me.  I hope they can help you to customize your weekend in Old Town to fit your wants and needs.
