Here's some questions with 24 year-old old town resident Jim Brady. Brady was nice enough to give us an insider's look at the Old Town neighborhood. Here's what he had to say.

Q. How long have you lived in Old Town?
A. About 18 months.

Q. What would you say is the best part of Old Town?
A. It's centrally located for where I go: Downtown, Lincoln Par, Wicker Park, Wrigleyville.

Q. What's the worst part about Old Town?
A. The choice of quick lunch places. There is nowhere to get something quick. There is definitely a lack of that
Q. If you could live in any neighborhood in Chicago, where would you live?
A. Probably River North

Q. What's the best bar in Old Town?
A. Corchran's over on Wells Street.

Q. What's your favorite restaurant in the neighborhood?
A. I would say Twin Anchors.

Q. How would you describe the typical Old Town resident?
A. Around 30 years old, professional without kids. Yuppy central. Upper 20s ,early 30s interested in going out at night. I would say older than Lincoln Park. The place a lot of people would live before going out in the suburbs to raise a family.

Q. Is crime something you even think about in this neighborhood?
A. Yeah, just because you're so close to the less affluent area. Some of the nice places in Old Town didn't used to be nice places too long ago. There is a definite divide on the boundaries, especially to the south.
