PLCCA, Inc. hosts annual gala to raise funds for community

Proviso-Leyden Council for Community Action, Inc. (PLCCA) hosted its 8th Annual Gala at the Hyatt Regency.  The PLCCA was established by Bishop Dr. Claude Porter to serve low-income residents in Proviso & Leyden Townships.
