"Top Chef" Dale Levitski in at Sprout

The Interwebs were abuzz this afternoon with news of yet another shakeup at new Lincoln Park restaurant Sprout: "Top Chef" runner-up Dale Levitski is now running the show in the kitchen. Turns out he's been there since late October, according to Sprout general manager Tofer Kristofer. Shortly after Levitski arrived, on Oct. 30, he closed the kitchen to gut the menu and start anew. He's doing staff tastings tonight and tomorrow and friends and family only on Thursday. Sprout 3.0 (or is it 4.0 now?) opens to the public on Friday. We'll post some menu details tomorrow.
