Busy tonight? Is what you're doing more important than scoping Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, Marion Cotillard and director Michael Mann on the red carpet for "Public Enemies"? Didn't think so.
The stars are expected to arrive at the AMC River East around 6 p.m., with a private screening of the film to follow at 7 p.m. (Sorry, you can't get into that, and neither can we.) So arrive early, bring your camera and be prepared for noise: Chicago doesn't get a lot of glitzy Hollywood events like this.
Will you be out along the red carpet? Or would you rather watch a Rob Schneider movie marathon than deal with a massive crowd of gawkers hoping to get a glance of a celebrity?

What a blast to be there! However I cheated by being an extra in the film as a Cook County prisoner & tavern patrant.
Cheers to a great summer for film . . .
