Think about it. No business, game plan, retirement, or wedding was done well without some prior planning. Why would you ever try to lose weight without a plan?
So here is my advice for today:

1) Win the Train With Ron Biggest Loser competition.
Benchmarks: eat 5-6 small meals a day, workout twice a day 5 days of the week, lose at least 3 pounds a week.
2) Get lean and stay muscular.
Benchmarks: lift heavy twice a week, interval training cardio 5 days a
week, keep bench press over 450 pounds, one or none cheat meals per
week.
3)Be 250 pounds by my wedding July 24th, 2010.
Benchmarks: lose average of 8 pounds per month, use

ready and available to eat.
