If you are looking to lose weight, I can guess what you are already dreading... CARDIO.

Most people think the only way to do cardio is to run for hours and hours on a treadmill. I am telling you, running for long peroids on the treadmill is not only boring, but it is not your most effecient way of burning those unwanted fat cells.

My suggestion instead is INTERVAL TRAINING. Interval training is a type of physical activity that involves bursts of high intensity work. This high intensity work is alternated with periods of rest or low activity. It has not only been scientifically proven to burn more fat during your workout, but burn more calories in the next 24-72 hours.

Each week on www.OlineToNormalGuy.com, I will publish a new "Cell Block". A "Cell Block" will be a interval training workout you can do with limited space and limited equipment.

The name "Cell Block" is short for prison cell workout, meaning a workout you can do quickly and effenciently in the same amount of space a jail cell would use. They are perfect if you only have a few minutes to workout and want to maximize your calorie burning time, you want to do a workout at home, or to do between sets of weight training.

Try this week's "Cell Block". If you get good at it take a minute break and try 2 or 3. Looking to spice up your regular wieght routine? Add a Cell Block #1 between your sets. My record time for Cell Block #1 is 6:06. Good Luck!!
