TODAY, September 15th at 5PM Chicago Public Radio is hosting a panel discussion about the mortgage crisis that you don't want to miss... especially if you're someone facing or worried about foreclosure.
According to the Chicago Public Radio website, "this special event which promises to be a lively and forward-looking discussion on the issues that may frame future coverage of this ongoing economic story."

The discussion will be hosted by Ashley Gross who has been covering the mortgage crisis in Chicago for WBEZ. When Bob and I were facing foreclosure, we felt so alone. It wasn't until I started blogging and hearing from other people in our same situation that we began to realize how far from alone we really were. And trust me, it makes a difference.

My advice to Chicagoans facing foreclosure, worried about foreclosure, trying to sell your house short, in any stage of default on your home loan or underwater? Go to this event. Listen. Be heard. Engage. Ask questions and share your side of the story. You'll feel better if you do. And you'll most likely walk away much better equipped. This is a wonderful opportunity! And it's FREE.
