Keep the New Year Celebration going with champagne at one sixtyblue

It's tradition to start the new year with a toast of champagne. Keep the celebration going with not just one but a whole flight of the sparkling beverage.

The first Monday of every month one sixtyblue features Monday Night Flights. This is a sampling of six wines and six small plates. The first one of 2010 is all about the bubbly, with Champagnes from Pommery, Heidseick, and Demoiselle. The food tastings include Alaskan king crab, smoked venison sausage, seared Maine scallops with macadamia puree, and braised beef cheek.

The event is $47 including tax and gratuity and there are seatings at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm.
