Speaking of chefs....This Wednesday get up close and personal with Osteria Via Stato's Chef David DiGregorio at Chef's Table.
This is an intimate event that allows a small number of people to sample the Chef's favorites and ask him questions. Chef David DiGregorio will be presenting a veritable cornucopia of their offerings, including house cured salmon carpaccio, imported speck, and peppered bacon tavern pizza. The list goes on and the whole event is only $25!Prosecco-- "Italy's welcome wine."
