The outspoken outfielder, who took shots at the Cubs in a Saturday interview with the Daily Herald, has been suspended for the rest of the season, according to general manager Jim Hendry.
"The last few days became too much for me to tolerate," Hendry said.
Bradley is not with the team as the Cubs prepare for a 7:05 p.m. game against the division-leading Cardinals. Bradley's whereabouts are unknown.

I feel like we've already talked this one to death, and I've got nothing more to add. Except that I didn't really epect to see that, but am not totally surprised.

I'm surprised at the length of the suspension, though the suspension is warranted. The downside is that any value he may have had to another team is gone. Hendry is going to be hard pressed to get anything for Bradley.

Yep.
It totally sucks. They shouldn't have made him talk to the media after like. . .June. LOL. He just couldn't handle it.
Perkins said:
Yeah I don't get why the team would make him do that. It's like making an alcoholic work at a liquor store.

The deal to bring him here should never have happened. Bradley did nothing for this team. They either move him or release him. That lack of team chemistry this year could not have been more obvious. Hendry's role in bringing him here still needs to be addressed by new management, but for now --good ridance.
