Earlier last week, Andi Cruzatti and CW confirmed that they had selected a lawyer to represent them and explore possible recourse.  Hired to represent them was Nicole Bashor, an associate at McCracken & Frank.

Bashor sits on the board of directors for the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago (LAGBAC).

Friday afternoon at 3pm McCracken & Frank filed a complaint against Spin nightclub and defendants, David Gassman and Robert Hoffman.
Bashor filed for the declaratory judgment, which asks the court to declare the contract between Spin and A&C Productions valid and enforceable, and follows with a breach of contract claim.

When asked to elaborate on an alleged class action lawsuit pending against Spin independently of these proceedings, Bashor responded, "no comment."

Based on the evidence that I saw when covering the story initially, it's my speculation that further legal action concerning discrimination and harassment is forthcoming.  It is rumored that this is only the first complaint to be filed.  Again, Bashor's response to that was, "
I can't comment on any other legal matters at this time."
