S-Preme freestyles in the car

S-Preme kicks a few freestyles in the car as we drove around downtown Chicago with a CD of instrumentals blaring in the stereo. FNF's JRoc riding shotgun, Sgt. Tibs on the wheel, and yours truly with the cam. You'll surely be entertained as S-Preme intros the rhymes with a hilarious singing freestyle over R. Kelly & Keri Hilson's "Number One". Then he gets serious, flowing effortlessly over Lloyd's "Pusha", Clipse's "I'm Good", and Jay-Z & Swizz Beatz' "On To The Next One". Clips of all of the above precede the grand finale - an 'old' freestyle that Preme did spontaneously over Chris Brown's "I Can Transform Ya". There's a lotta hot fire to witness here so be sure to click play and see for hear for yourself. What is your favorite line?

Watch the final installment of S-Preme's 'Freestyle In The Car'

By now, you are sure to be familiar with the Freestyle In The Car series we have been posting late last week featuring S-Preme. Well here is the final, 3rd part as S-Preme smashes a medley of instrumentals, mixed by Sgt. Tibs (yuuup!), that starts off with Rich Boy's "Drop" transitioning into Amerie's "Why R U", and concluding with the full instrumental for Jamie Foxx's "Digital Girl".

Watch as S-Preme adjusts his flow per transition from one unique beat to the next. The contrast between all three beats result with a versatile freestyle from S-Preme, who really finds his groove with the "Digital Girl" beat, which also successfully creates a positive driving mood. Our adventures on the road include a cop racing behind us that Preme naturally and hilarious adapts his freestyle to at around the 4 minute mark. And of course, note the Chicago landmarks in the background; the 3:45 mark is especially beautiful.

So there ya have it! I'm sure we'll do more of these in the future, belee dat! Make sure to catch Parts 1 and 2 below in case you missed them as well.

Lastly,
S-Preme's The Sicktape: Volume 2 will be hitting GWHH by the end of the week, not by the 3rd.. but stay tuned as it is sure to be one epic download you simply cannot ignore! Also, tune in to SNRadio 2nite and listen to S-Preme talk about the mixtape and more with Stretch1! UICRadio.org at 8PM! Enjoy!

S-Preme freestyles over Mario's "Break Up" in part two of 'Freestyle In The Car'

Once again, the premise is simple: downtown Chicago as the backdrop, random instrumentals on shuffle, Tibs at the wheel, Max G. on the cam, and in this case, S-Preme on the freestyle. This is part 2 of the 'fall' session where S-Preme goes in on the full instrumental for Mario's smash hit "Break Up". Preme, who raps that he's never heard the song in the freestyle, plays off of the pauses nicely, considering he doesn't know when they're comin'. I still can't get over the very end - S-Preme's reaction and subsequent rap to what happens is straight up hilarious. Simply put, it's another entertaining must-watch.

Also watch for the Chicago landmarks in the background beginning at the Chicago River near the Trump Tower and ending past a southbound El Train. Part 3 will be unleashed before we drop
S-Preme's The Sicktape: Volume 2 on Tuesday, November 3rd! Make sure you catch Part 1 below in case you missed it. Enjoy!

Watch part one of S-Preme freestyling in the car

We're back again with the ever so entertaining Freestyle In The Car series (archived throughout S-Preme's Vimeo). The premise is simple: downtown Chicago as the backdrop, random instrumentals on shuffle, Tibs at the wheel, Max G. on the cam, and in this case, S-Preme on the freestyle.

Preme wonderfully incorporates the places and events around him outside the car, whether moving or stopped, and in this particular video he has some sick references 2 Lacoste and Niketown (adidas > Nike tho, haha) that we had happened to drive by. S-Preme goes in over "Us Placers" and "Digital Girl" before launching into the full Clipse x Keri Hilson song "All Eyes On Me" (1:45 mark). The Neptunes' production provided a fast pace that Preme not only kept up with but cleverly killed concurrently (say that 5x fast). You'll laugh, you'll be entertained, and you'll be left wanting more. Fortunately for all of us, we got two more parts 2 unleash before S-Preme's upcoming mixtape, The Sicktape: Volume 2 hits GWHH next Tuesday, November 3rd!

Down below is the official tracklist of said mixtape, including the first revelation of all the talented guest features and producers. One of the producers - BluBlockr - is 1/3 of the talented Chicago trio, Krewella. Our close circle is marveling at his sound and we got our hands on his latest production that you can stream below. You'll hear more of his stylings on ST2 and much more from him and Krewella in the near future. Enjoy!
