By now, we all know the breaking news and historical event of last night - President Obama officially reporting that the U.S. has killed Osama Bin Laden. Like many others, I was not only glued to my TV sets to hear the President address the world, but also Twitter, to get instant breaking updates and to gauge people's reaction. Soon enough, I was hopping from one artist to the next both last night and this morning to see what some of music's biggest stars had to say. Up above is a strong sampling, while there are even more tweets after the jump (which may be updated with more I missed).
Truly a historical 24 hours, to say the very least. Thanks to Twitter, we not only have a new way of following breaking developments, but also a different means for discussion between all of us.
