The strong day of new music continues with a fresh one featuring Freddie Gibbs as The Hood Internet's "VCR" also features Telli (of Ninjasonik) with more raps and Elizabeth Harper (of Class Actress) with the vocals. The song is a remix/cover of The xx's hit single of the same name, which is dope in its own right, but this new remix/cover adds a really fresh energy on top of some new rap bars that you obviously can't find on the more subdued original. Gibbs was smooth in his verse to usher the hip hop in and overall, "VCR" is an easy one to vibe with no matter your preferred genre of music. Check it out above (shouts 2 Pitchfork).
