Looks like the Nicki Minaj Kool-Aid has landed in Hawaii. Per BET executive V.P. Stephen Hill (as told to Rap-Up):
"He's got a track with Nicki Minaj that's so dope. You won't believe it when you hear it" ...about the album's sound: "It's less like 808s & Heartbreak and more like Graduation."
Ye and Nicki definitely have the potential to make somethin' outlandish. If all goes to plan and Minaj indeed finds herself on the album, it could be one of the more memorable tracks of the tentatively titled Good Ass Job and perhaps even one of the mainstream singles? We shall see on September 14th (tentatively, hah!).
Down below lies a trio of tracks and a bundle of videos. Talib Kweli is featured on a nice new hip hop joint from MED, the "Super High RMX" features Wiz Khalifa & Curren$y (naturally), and Rick Ross is featured on a new R&B record from singer Dominic. The latter two are passable whereas you can't go wrong with new Kweli. Video-wise, The-Dream kicks things off with a new premiere of three tracks from his Love King album, effortlessly transitioning them to make a unique concept and video. He also performed on Jimmy Kimmel last night, which can be seen below, before other videos featuring B.o.B, DJ Toomp, and Keri Hilson. Enjoy!
