Talib Kweli takes aim at the Arizona immigration law

Whoo, Talib Kweli goes in on the new Arizona immigration law with the new "Papers Please Freestyle". He spits some quick and intelligent points as to why he's against the law (even drawing Nazi comparisons) with that unique, somewhat laid-back style we are all accustomed to by now. This small quote acts as an intriguing preview: "I could never support a law that don't respect humanity" (shouts 2 Tunji). It's always a great thing to see a prominent artist take a stand on an issue they strongly believe in. After all, this is how hip hop can be educational and uplifting. So take a listen to Kweli's "Papers Please", read up on the situation from the NY Times here, and, in case you missed the feature here on GWHH a couple weeks ago, check out how Arizona hip hop united with their own song about SB1070 here.

Down below is a trio of quick-hit material for ya, including the latest Skooda Chose leak featuring Chip Tha Ripper & Chuck Inglish (shouts 2 Andrew). It failed to capture my attention on first listen but with the always-unique production from Chuck Inglish, there's always potential for it to grow on me. It is worth checkin' out along with a couple videos of Reflection Eternal's album release party and Tyga talkin' about visiting Lil' Wayne in jail. Enjoy!
