Funny how cleanin' out the ol' inbox leads to 2nite's feature. The Gowhere Hip Hop e-mail was near max. capacity and in the process of deleting the clutter I stumbled upon a starred e-mail from awhile ago about the New Jersey duo - The A.L.I.E.N.S. Now we don't have all the time in the world 2 review the amount of artist submissions we receive daily, but we do try to sift through as many as possible. I had some extra time today and was impressed with the fresh sound I heard right off the bat from The A.L.I.E.N.S. Both MCs rap at a break-neck pace in the two tracks from their Living In Lightyears EP. Add some fresh production and a few hot punchlines and this is a duo worth checkin' out.
