Above is one last leak from S-Preme's The Sicktape: Volume Two that should hold you over until the pushed back release date of November 10th. S-Preme selects a winner as the simple, but masterful Róisín Murphy chorus rings powerfully. In fact, it can be transcribed like so, "Strictly... ... rollin'... V.I. ... P. / Strictly rollin'... V.I.P.". You will be reeled in on first listen not only by the chorus, but mainly by Preme's lyric; fast-paced verses effectively telling the story of an artist who has just made it, arriving at the spot with "no lines like extras", haha! The metaphors and language he uses are masterful; add in some appropriate effects from S-Preme himself, and you get a little push of energy that catapults the record 2 an even higher level. "V.I.P." has got a nice element of replayability as we've been sittin' on this for awhile now and it's still fresh. Don't hesitate, download it above and watch out for the whole Sicktape this time next week.
