J. Hollins' soulful "Because Of You" leads new music update

More new music and videos to wrap up my Thursday as Chicago R&B/Soul singer J. Hollins and his single "Because Of You" is up for grabs and in rotation on Chicago's Soul 106.3FM. You'll right away appreciate the production as the intro hooks you in for what proves to be a nice soulful jam. J. Hollins' lyrics combined with the masterful touch of the background vocals sets "Because Of You" apart from the rest. Overall, there's a lot to like about "Because Of You", which is very distinguishable from Ne-Yo's if you wanna play the compare game. It's a 12 track tape that illustrates some versatility from the rawest female MC in the Chi. R&B takes us the rest of the way with Ne-Yo, Robin Thicke, Riz, and Jennifer Lopez (shouts 2 splash) releasing new records. Riz's is noteworthy since "Under The Moonlight" is expected to be on the current tracklist for the third feature film in the Twilight series entitled Eclipse. Management is doin' the smart thing by releasing the record to the public to try and even more support that the people behind the soundtrack can't ignore. The record has a chance to be the title track so be sure to give that a listen.

Finally, a wrap on the day in videos as 50 Cent does not put a halt to his media takeover, baiting both Carters with some more direct jabs. Some more entertaining videos below feature Wale, B.o.B., Ryan Leslie, and Chicago's own Kidd Russell with a vlog that deserves a congrats!! Enjoy!
