Definitely one of the more interesting features we've had in awhile - a UStream video of Diddy hyped and silly in Las Vegas. But why would this be relevant for us 2 see? Because he previews Lupe Fiasco's remix of his group Dirty Money's "Angels". Fast forward 2 the two lil tabs that Sean marked in the player 2 hear Lupe's parts that Diddy plays for us. Of course the sound is muffled and you can't really understand Lu word for word, yet you can get an idea of his flow on a beat that was made for him. Lookin' forward 2 this one. Lupe's new mixtape - the next chapter in the Fahrenheit series, is due out 11.25!
Down below is the Sunday in tracks and vids with a few noteworthy items for you 2 explore. First is a Rakim leak from his upcoming album, The Seventh Seal, in stores 2morrow. "Dedicated" has an awesome production and sample that is perfect for Rakim's storytelling and jumped out at me right away. Hip hop heads: it's a must-DL. R&B fans get a nice treat with a track that I really liked from Lloyd, produced by B. Cox, and a Jay Sean album leak as well. Pop fans can download one last leak from Lady Gaga's upcoming EP, The Fame Monster and a new one from Leona Lewis as well. Videos include another interesting behind the scenes look with Ryan Leslie, who narrates an in-studio video of him creating music and talkin' with Drake. Very entertaining. More R-Les as well with a dope, well-produced EPK w/ Yahoo Music includes Leslie goin' back to Harlem and footage from his 1997 Harvard University graduation speech.
