Common performs hip hop classics

Winding down another nite with a quick-hit mainstream update for ya eyes and ears. Kind of a slow day if you ask me. Nevertheless, Common leads it off again with some raw live footage of a series of songs he performs, starting with his timeless classic "I Used To Love H.E.R.". He continues his ode to good hip hop by performing other examples of good hip hop, like Kanye West's "Jesus Walks" and Snoop Dogg's verse of "Nuthin' But A 'G' Thang" as the video continues. Over/under on amount of breaths in the 7 minute clip: 6.5. Haha, this was definitely an entertaining piece of footage and it's one of many that can be seen courtesy of our good friends @ YK2Daily.

Down below, another new Jay-Z joint (shouts 2 Piff Ave.) kicks off a couple hip hop tracks. Not sure what he was thinkin' on "Ghetto Techno" but good thing for everyone's sake, the track will NOT be appearing on BP3. Kevin Cossom delivers a nice hook on an otherwise forgettable track called "Trippin'" by newcomer Benisour and videos can be seen below with some "D.O.A." related cuts from Jay Rock and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. R&B fans get a treat with a trio of live performances from three of my favorites today: John Legend, Trey Songz, & Melanie Fiona with an added interview with the latter in her clip as well. Enjoy!
