A very disturbing incident occured outside of Gibson's Steakhouse in the Gold Coast last month in a dispute between Fernando Cooper and an off duty Chicago Police Officer.
Fernando Cooper was arrrested for biting an off duty cop out side of Gibson's Steakhouse in the Gold Coast neighborhood.
He was indicted, Thursday for multiple accounts of aggravated battery and will appear for arraignment Feb 26, 2010.
It was reported that during the struggle the cop identified himself multiple times to Mr. Cooper to no avail. As a result, Mr. Cooper bit off the cop's nipple!
I am eager to see how Mr. Cooper will be tried after biting a nipple off, of a human being! Very disturbing if I might add.
