Here's a treat for my Geek To Me readers! Comic creators Brandon Jerwa (GI Joe; Battlestar Galactica; Highlander) and Eric Trautmann (Checkmate; Final Crisis: Resist) have made available a FREE DOWN LOADABLE PREVIEW of their new web-comic WIDE AWAKE.

Here's the skinny according to the Wide Awake press release: The
creators are currently planning to present the serialized story in an
uninterrupted weekly format, with a new six-page chapter posted at www.wideawakeonline.com every Friday
following the official series debut. The website will offer plenty of bonus
material as well, including sketches, a production journal, interviews and
downloadable wallpapers and banners.
The comic is a fun mix of spooky horror movie madness with a nice helping of sci-fi, a pinch of sex and a strong female lead. Read it for yourself!:
