Free Comic Book Day is just a week away and there are going to be plenty of fun events at comic shops all over the city for comic-book geeks of all ages. Here are a select few:
- Independent Comic Book Creator Jeff Zwirek (Burning Building Comix) and Writer Elliott Serrano (Army of Darkness: Montezuma's Revenge) will be appearing at the Roselle Public Library. There will be workshops on writing and drawing comics along with give-aways and drawings for some cool comic swag! Click HERE to register!
- Tom Stillwell, comic book creator and founder of Spinner Rack Comics will be at The Comic Vault signing copies of his book Honor Brigade #1 from 11am - 3pm.
In addition, Jeff Balke, artist and good friend of Geek To Me has TWO events that he'll be a part of and was kind enough to share some virtual-flyers:
