The pressures of Michael Scott
My day was saddened when I heard the news of the president of the Chicago School Board. Michael Scott is no longer with us and the speculation on his last moments are rampant. As a business person, mayoral confidant, and school board president, Michael Scott's life was complicated, to say the least. See
Tribune story on Michael Scott.

The Tribune reported that "around 3:15 a.m. today, police found Scott's blue Cadillac parked next to a trash bin yards away from where he was discovered along the river, police say. The car was winched onto a tow truck about 6:30 a.m."
I will await more details on the death of Scott. My prayers are with his family as the mystery unfurls.

I understand the confusion for those that are left behind trying to come up with answers on what they think they could have done or said. I pray for his family and am always saddened to hear when someone is so overwhelmed and hopeless.
GOD help us all.
