Michael Scott death looks self-inflicted

A ministers' alliance is saying that the investigation of school Michael Scott's death needs to continue. Are they meddling? I s Mayor Daley defending Scott for questionable reasons? See Tribune article

Police chief, Jody Weis, discussed several facts leading to the death of Scott. Police have connoted that the weapon was registered to Scott and that ballistics show that residue was found on Michael Scott's left hand.

Cash, credit cards, and a cell phone were found, noting that the death was probably not a robbery. Scott was last seen on Sunday around 4:15 p.m., however there is evidence that his car was seen at 4:50, 6:30, and 10:30 p.m. parked near 350 N. Orleans.

Will the Blackberry or GPS device leave clues of Scott's last hours? Is it right to rule out homicide?

Newsflash, blacks commit suicide. Daley, Weis and the "Minastas" all look like fools. How dare they slam the M.E. without any credible evidence to suggest anything but suicide. I just saw Weis' press conference, and he offered nothing to suggest anything but suicide. How long will Daley continue to defend Weis' ineffectiveness and ineptness? He gets paid to do 2 jobs and not effective in even one. How long will Daley keep his own job? Besides, why are these ministers not more heavily involved in preventing the violence so prevalent in our community instead of photo ops on issues where they do not belong.

Wow! I think that everyone just had hoped that this death would not go down in the books with the stigma that suicide carries. This is a stigma that no one but the family and love ones bear. I think ministers in communities could do more but also average citizens can do so much simply by saying "hello" and sometimes stopping to actually listening after asking someone "how are you". There is plenty of blame the political structure deserves but sometimes some failures belong to us all.
